Allstate's Good Hands network is optional, not required. California law protects your right to use any licensed shop. We handle Allstate claims directly — estimate, authorization, billing. You pay your deductible.
Your right under California law
California Insurance Code §758.5 prohibits Allstate from requiring you to use their Good Hands Repair Network. They can suggest it, but they cannot mandate it, penalize you for not using it, or reduce your payout. Your choice of shop is protected by state law.

We work with your Allstate adjuster, submit photos and documentation, and get repair authorization.
We do the repair
Once Allstate authorizes the repair, we order parts and schedule. No work starts without approval.
Allstate pays us directly
Allstate issues payment directly to us in most cases. Your out-of-pocket is your deductible.
