What to expect from start to finish

    01

    Free written estimate

Drop by during business hours or request online. Sam writes a full line-item estimate — parts, labor, paint — no vague lump sums. Most estimates take 30 minutes or less.

    02

    Insurance coordination

We contact your adjuster directly, submit photos and documentation, and handle the back-and-forth. You drop off the car; we do the paperwork.

    03

    Parts sourcing

We source OEM and OEM-quality parts and confirm availability before scheduling. No surprise delays after you've already dropped off.

    04

    Repair and paint

Body work, frame alignment, and paint happen in-house. We use your vehicle's manufacturer paint code for an exact factory match — including metallic and pearl finishes.

    05

    Quality check

Before we call you, we walk the car under shop lights. Paint blends, panel gaps, and ADAS sensor alignment all get checked. If something is off, we fix it before you arrive.

    06

    Pickup

Your car is ready when we said it would be. We walk you through the repairs and hand you a written warranty on the workmanship.

    FAQ

    Common questions about collision repair

How long does collision repair take?

It depends on the damage. A minor fender bender with no structural damage is typically 2–4 days. A full collision rebuild involving frame work and multiple panels can take 2–3 weeks. We give you a specific timeline during the estimate — not a vague range.

Do you match factory paint colors?

Yes. We use your vehicle's manufacturer paint code to mix the exact factory color. The repair is blended into surrounding panels so the work is invisible. This is especially important on metallic, pearlescent, and two-tone finishes.

Will my insurance cover the repair?

If the damage was caused by another driver, their liability insurance covers your repair. If you were at fault and carry collision coverage, your own policy applies. We work directly with every major carrier and can verify your coverage during the estimate.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?

No. California Insurance Code §758.5 gives you the legal right to choose any licensed body shop. Your insurer can suggest a shop, but they cannot require you to use one. Choosing an independent shop like ours cannot delay or reduce your payout.

What if my car has ADAS sensors or cameras?

Many modern vehicles have cameras and radar units mounted on or near body panels. After collision repair, these sensors often need recalibration. We identify calibration requirements before we start and include them on the estimate so there are no surprises.

Do you repair all makes and models?

Yes. Domestic and import, cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. We've worked on everything from economy sedans to full-size pickups and luxury vehicles for over 35 years.
