Your right under California law
California Insurance Code §758.5 prohibits insurance companies from requiring you to use a specific repair shop. GEICO can recommend their Direct Repair Program shops, but they cannot penalize you — financially or otherwise — for choosing an independent shop like ours. Your repair quality and payment are protected regardless of which shop you choose.

Stop by or contact us with your GEICO claim number. We take it from there.
We write the estimate
Sam inspects the damage and writes a full line-item estimate — parts, labor, and paint. You get a copy. GEICO gets a copy.
We contact GEICO directly
We call your GEICO adjuster, submit photos and documentation, and get repair authorization. You don't have to be the middleman.
We do the repair
Once GEICO approves the estimate, we order parts and schedule the repair. No work starts without authorization.
GEICO pays us directly
GEICO issues payment directly to us in most cases. Your out-of-pocket is your deductible only.
