    By using our website or by bringing your vehicle to All Auto Repair & Auto Glass at 628 Grand Ave, Spring Valley, CA 91977, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Who we are

    We are an auto repair, auto body, paint, and auto glass shop in Spring Valley, California. We have been in business since 1989.

    2. Estimates

    We provide free written estimates for repair work.

    • Estimates are an opinion of cost based on what we can see at the time of inspection.
    • The final cost may change if we find additional damage once disassembly begins. If that happens, we will contact you for approval before doing extra work.
    • An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after you sign a written authorization.

    3. Authorization to perform work

    Before we start any repair, you (or your insurance carrier) must sign an authorization. By signing, you confirm:

    • You own the vehicle or have the legal right to authorize the repair
    • The price, scope of work, and parts policy on the work order are agreed
    • You authorize us to operate the vehicle as needed to test or transport it

    4. Insurance claims

    If your vehicle is being repaired through an insurance claim:

    • We work with all major insurance carriers.
    • The insurance carrier and the customer share responsibility for payment. If the carrier denies any portion of the claim, the customer is responsible for the unpaid amount.
    • You authorize us to communicate directly with your carrier about your claim.

    5. Pickup and storage

    • We will let you know when your vehicle is ready for pickup.
    • Vehicles left more than 7 days after we notify you of completion may be subject to a daily storage fee.
    • Under California law, vehicles abandoned at our shop may be subject to a mechanic's lien.

    6. Inspection of completed work

    We ask you to inspect the work before driving the vehicle off the lot. If something does not look right, tell us before you leave so we can fix it on the spot.

    7. Warranty

    We stand behind our work. Our standard warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor we install. Manufacturer warranties on parts are passed through to you. Damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear is not covered.

    8. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

    • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair in question.
    • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost income or vehicle rental costs.
    • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

    9. Personal items

    Please remove personal items from your vehicle before drop-off. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

    10. Text messages and phone calls

    When you submit a contact form or give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your repair. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    11. Website use

    You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal.

    12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

    13. Changes to these Terms

    If we update these Terms, we will post the new version on our website and update the date at the top.
